Hi Hilary: This system has withstood the test of time. There are Silva graduates all over the world and I have yet to come across one who did not think that taking this course was one of the best things they’ve done.

Hi Mare – what a great post, full of pertinent information. I was interested to read that the system had been around for 40 years, and a large number of people had been following it .. as well as it being a very good basic system to give us an introduction to the art of meditating .. I too will definitely bookmark it for the future ..
