One can be good at anything if put through hours upon hours of training and practice but it takes something else to be a master and that is talent. A master does need the hours but he/she has something no one else has.

I would like to use some portions of this blog post in a lesson I am going to be giving in a church Sunday school on “Developing Your Talents, Skills and Abilities”.
