		<description>Hi Ann: I&#039;ve noticed that too.  I can feel great and then I start thinking about something unpleasant that may have happened to me and my entire mood shifts.  But now I catch myself doing this and I release the thought that&#039;s causing the discomfort and go back to feeling calm.</description>

		<description>Oooooh...some good stuff here.  I like how you included time management in your list.  Isn&#039;t that the real killer for most people?  Most people wake up only to realize they need to rush, get ready and fly out the door as quickly as possible to get to work.

It&#039;s like they&#039;re setting themselves up for a stressful day off the bat.  I started going to bed much earlier so I can wake earlier, allowing myself proper time to get ready and settled in the morning.  It&#039;s amazing how much more calm my days are now.</description>
