Hi, I'm Marelisa Fábrega. Here you'll find tips and resources to help you increase your creativity, be more productive, and simplify your life. You may want to start by reading "A Guide to Abundance Blog for the Uninitiated". Grab a cup of coffee or tea, sit back, and enjoy!
Since I want to be a good citizen of the blogosphere, and I’ve noticed that many bloggers highlight the work of other bloggers by linking to the posts that they enjoyed reading on a particular week–and a few bloggers have been kind enough to link back to some of my posts–I thought I’d do the same. So here are five posts which I really enjoyed for the week starting on Monday, May 26, 2008.
Chris Austria, author of the blog “Wat da “Wat” in which he talks mostly about his beautiful family and the incredibly witty things his kids come up with, writes about “How I Fund My Retirement: 5 Easy Ways” (it’s not what you think).
Over at “Pick the Brain”, Peter Clemens writes insightfully about the importance of reawakening wonder in our lives and seeing everything as a miracle in his post “Life Without Labels How to Rediscover the World”.
Joel Falconer, who does a great job writing for the top-50 blog “Lifehack” and for his own blog “Joel Falconer”, writes about the importance to bloggers of getting visitors to comment at “Why Getting Readers to Leave Comments is Important”.
Vered, whose incredible warmth somehow manages to come across even on a computer screen, talks about how quick people are to label others in her post “Please Use Discretion When Slapping the Word Anorexic on Someone” at her blog “Momgrind”.
Last but certainly not least, Sara, who teaches her readers how to live more simple and abundant lives in her blog, “On Simplicity”, compares the concept of “pay yourself first” from personal finances to scheduling time out for yourself before you fill your schedule with all of the other things that need to be done. Her post is called “Pay Yourself First, Another Way to Think About Time Management”.
Thank you all for writing these great posts and adding to my knowledge of the world.
